Agilent Technologies Introduces InfiniiMode Active Differential Probes for Enhanced Usability

Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE: A) today introduced InfiniiMode differential probes, a new generation of low-cost, 1.5-GHz, 3.5-GHz, and 6-GHz differential active probes for general-purpose, high-speed differential probing. They are especially well suited for digital system design, component design/characterization and differential serial bus measurements.

Engineers who use high-bandwidth oscilloscopes commonly use active differential probes to measure high-speed signals, but these probes cannot easily show the individual components that make up differential signals. As data signal speeds continue to increase, engineers increasingly need their oscilloscope probes to be able to make fast, accurate measurements.
