Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat der Allgeier Holding AG haben beschlossen das Beteiligungsportfolio neu zu gliedern. Die IT Einheit soll künftig in zwei Untereinheiten, die Geschäftseinheit IT Solutions und die Geschäftseinheit IT Services, gegliedert werden. Zu diesem Zwecke werden die Gesellschaften Allgeier IT Solutions GmbH, BOG IT Solutions GmbH, Allgeier Computer BV und Allgeier Computer NV im Wege einer Kapitalerhöhung gegen Sacheinlage mit Wirkung zum 31. Dezember 2005 in die 4 TEKK Software AG eingebracht. Die Gesellschaften GFU Kiefer + Partner GmbH, ICC InfoTeSys Computer Consulting GmbH und Softcon MBO GmbH werden ebenfalls im Wege einer Kapitalerhöhung gegen Sacheinlage mit Wirkung zum 98.
