UV-Markierung ohne thermische Schädigung des Materials

AMS Technologies liefert diodengepumpte frequenzverdreifachte Festkörperlaser des amerikanischen Herstellers DPSS Lasers Inc. mit einer Emission im UV.

Die Lasermodulserie 35XX liefert eine Ausgangsleistung von bis zu 3 Watt bei 355 nm bei einer Folgefrequenz von 30 kHz. UV-Laser sind in der Lage, Markierungen auf Plastikmaterialien, wie sie in der Medizintechnik eingesetzt werden, durch photochemische oder Photo-Bleaching-Prozesse zu erzeugen. Der dabei stattfindende "kalte" Markierungsprozess läuft ohne thermische Schädigung des zu markierenden Materials ab, die häufig bei der Markierung und Beschriftung mit Lasern im NIR oder IR vorkommt.
