Live auf der Bühne der CRM Exponet 2004 in Köln zeigten sechs E-Mail-Marketing-Software-Anbieter ihr Können. Am ersten Tag präsentierten die Anbieter ATD GmbH, Xpedite Systems GmbH und hr-interactive, am zweiten Tag die Firmen Buongiorno Deutschland GmbH, Emarsys eMarketing Systems AG und PeopleSoft GmbH. Die hochkarätige Jury mit Peter Hanser (Absatzwirtschaft), Martin Hausmann (acquisa), Caren Mai/Dietmar Köthner (IS-Report), Martina Schimmel-Schloo (Schimmel Media Verlag) und Wolfgang Schwetz (Schwetz Consulting) verfolgte kritisch die Live-Demonstrationen.

Medallienreif waren die Unternehmen Xpedite, ATD (BACKCLICK) und Emarsys.
