Die AUDI AG hat im März 2009 ihr bislang bestes Ergebnis auf dem chinesischen Markt erzielt: Mit 11.848 verkauften Autos (inkl. Hongkong) wurde der März 2008 um sieben Prozent übertroffen. Der Erfolg ist insbesondere der exklusiv für den chinesischen Markt produzierten Langversion des Audi A4 zu verdanken, die im Januar 2009 im Markt startete.

"Wir freuen uns über die stabile Entwicklung auf unserem zweiten Heimatmarkt China", sagt Rupert Stadler, Vorstandsvorsitzender der AUDI AG. "Dieser Erfolg stimmt uns zuversichtlich für den weiteren Absatzverlauf des Jahres."
