Bayerischer Rundfunk gewinnt gegen Telekabel-Gruppe im Streit um Einspeiseentgelte

Der Bayerische Rundfunk muss keine Einspeisevergütungen an Telekabel-Unternehmen zahlen. Die Telekabel-Gruppe, ein bundesweit agierender Kabelnetzbetreiber, hat in erster Instanz eine Niederlage erlitten. Das Landgericht München I hat heute insgesamt sieben Klagen der Telekabel-Unternehmen gegen den Bayerischen Rundfunk abgewiesen. Mit den Klageverfahren wollten die Telekabel-Unternehmen durchsetzen, dass sie vom Bayerischen Rundfunk für die Kabeleinspeisung seiner Programme Bayerisches Fernsehen und BR-alpha ein weiteres Entgelt erhalten, zusätzlich zu der Vergütung, die ihnen ihre Endkunden für den Kabelanschluss zahlen. Bundesweit sind noch über 170 identische Verfahren der Telekabel-Gruppe gegen öffentlich-rechtliche Rundfunkanstalten bei verschiedenen Gerichten anhängig.
