Spenden-Stadl bringt 1,7 Mio. Euro

Während des Musikantenstadls, der am Samstag abend im Zeichen der Flutkatastrophe stand, sind aus Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz 1,7 Mio. Euro Spenden eingegangen. Die Sendung bildete im Ersten den Auftakt zum 28 Stunden langen ARD-Spendenmarathon zugunsten der Flutopfer.

Gastgeber Andy Borg sagte dazu nach der Sendung: "Ich bin überwältigt, welche spontane Solidarität die Fans der Stadl-Familie gezeigt haben."

Annette Siebenbürger, die Programmbereichsleiterin für den Bereich Unterhaltung beim Bayerischen Fernsehen, lobte die große Teamleistung bei dieser Sendung und betonte: "Die Flut schafft Gemeinschaft! Aus Betroffenheit entsprang sehr schnell große Hilfsbereitschaft, und dies über Ländergrenzen hinweg!
