Die BHB Brauholding Bayern-Mitte AG (BHB Brauholding AG), eine Tochtergesellschaft der BBI Bürgerliches Brauhaus Immobilien AG (BBI Immobilien AG), in der das operative Brauereigeschäft der BBI Gruppe gebündelt ist, hat das öffentliche Angebot von bis zu 1.600.000 neuer BHB Aktien, die aus einer Bis-zu-Kapitalerhöhung stammen, heute Nachmittag erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Während der vom 28. Juni bis zum 5. Juli 2010 dauernden Zeichnungsfrist wurden gemäß nunmehr verbindlichem Zeichnungsstand sämtliche 1.600.000 öffentlich angebotenen BHB Aktien zu einem festen Platzierungspreis von EUR 2,80 sowohl von institutionellen Investoren als auch von Privatanlegern gezeichnet.
