Der Vorstand der österreichischen BDI - BioDiesel International AG beabsichtigt der Hauptversammlung vom 18. Mai 2010 eine Dividendenausschüttung von EUR 2,60 je Stammaktie vorzuschlagen. Weiters beabsichtigt der Vorstand der BDI - BioDiesel International AG der Hauptversammlung vom 18. Mai 2010 Kapitalmaßnahmen vorzuschlagen, die eine Kapitalrückzahlung an die Aktionäre in Höhe von EUR 2,65 je Stammaktie zum Gegenstand haben.
