Andere Indikationsgebiete oder Anwendungen sind von der Vereinbarung ausgenommen, jedoch erhält DSE Healthcare Solutions darauf ein Verhandlungsrecht.

Die für das Marketing und den Vertrieb in den USA notwendigen Investitionen werden allein von DSE Healthcare Solutions getragen. Entsprechend der Lizenzvereinbarung wird DSE Healthcare Solutions Reliéva(TM) zu einem bereits festgelegten Preis von Biofrontera beziehen.
