Today the Executive Board of the company biolitec AG (Frankfurt, Prime Standard: BIB) decided, with the Supervisory Board's consent, to increase the company's share capital from EUR 10,015,000.00 by EUR 1,001,499.00 up to EUR 11,016,499.00, by cash contribution and partly utilizing the approved capital. The capital increase is carried out under exclusion of subscription rights. As Sole Lead Manager ICF Kursmakler AG will offer the new shares with institutional investors in Germany and Europe at a price close to market by means of an accelerated bookbuilding process.
