Vor dem Hintergund der Liberalisierung des Schweizer Strommarktes sind die Pistor und die BKW FMB Energie AG (BKW) eine Energie-Partnerschaft eingegangen. In Zukunft können die Kunden von Pistor Stromprodukte und Energiedienstleistungen bei der BKW beziehen und über den Verrechnungsverkehr PistorPlus abrechnen. Die Pistor wird als Handelsunternehmen der Bäckerei-, Konditor-, Confiserie- sowie Gastronomiebranche, der BKW den Zugang zu ihren Kunden, Partnern und Lieferanten ermöglichen.

Im Sinne der Energiepartnerschaft werden die beiden Unternehmen innovative Geschäftsmodelle im Bereich von Halb-/Fertigfabrikaten mit Ökostrom entwickeln. Entsprechende Aktionen und Projekte sollen in Zukunft geplant und umgesetzt werden.
