Emission einer 8- und einer 20-jährigen Anleihe

Die BKW FMB Energie AG (BKW) begibt heute zwei fest verzinsliche Anleihen mit einer Laufzeit von 8 Jahren im Betrag von CHF 150 Mio. bzw. mit einer Laufzeit von 20 Jahren im Betrag von CHF 300 Mio. Ein Bankenkonsortium unter der Leitung der Zürcher Kantonalbank und der Credit Suisse haben beide Anleihen fest übernommen. Das Konsortium bietet die Anleihen, welche mit einem Coupon von 1 7/8% bzw. 2 1/2% versehen sind bis zum 12. Oktober 2010 zu Marktpreisen zur öffentlichen Zeichnung an (Valorennummern: 8 Jahre: 11'784'359; 20 Jahre: 11'784'374).
