Die Blue Cap AG hat heute den Erwerb einer qualifizierten Mehrheitsbeteiligung von 74 % an der Transline Gruppe GmbH (nachfolgend "Transline") und ihren fünf operativen Tochtergesellschaften gegen Zahlung eines Kaufpreises im unteren Drittel des zweistelligen Millionenbereiches vereinbart. Verkäuferin ist die Lead Equities Group in Österreich. Der Gründer und bisherige Miteigentümer der Transline, Dr. Sturz, wird weiterhin mit einem substanziellen Anteil von 26 % am Unternehmen beteiligt sein. Es ist geplant, dass das operative Managementteam innerhalb der nächsten Monate einen Anteil von rund 5 % an der Transline von der Blue Cap AG erwerben wird.
