BRV-Award 2008: Reifenfachhandel zeichnet wieder Industriepartner aus

Anlässlich der 25. internationalen Reifenmesse REIFEN 2008 in Essen hat der Bundesverband Reifenhandel und Vulkaniseur-Handwerk e.V. (BRV, Bonn) zum zehnten Mal den BRV-Award an die verlässlichsten Industriepartner des Reifenfachhandels verliehen. Die Preisträger wurden anhand der Ergebnisse einer Umfrage ermittelt, die die Unternehmensberatung MMS Marketing + Management Systeme GmbH (Bad König) im Frühjahr unter den Mitgliedsunternehmen des bundesweit tätigen Fachverbandes durchgeführt hatte. Abgefragt wurde dabei die Zufriedenheit der Verbandsmitglieder mit den Reifenherstellern in den Leistungsbereichen Sales und Service, Pricing und Marketing. In die Auswertung gingen Daten aus 300 verwertbaren Telefoninterviews ein.
