Die Deutsche Rentenversicherung informiert auf der CeBIT über Lösungen für digitale Verwaltungsvorgänge und internetbasierte Beratungsprodukte für gesetzlich Rentenversicherte. Mit dem Projekt RenteOnline ist die Deutsche Rentenversicherung auf der Zielgeraden zur schlanken, wirtschaftlichen Verwaltung.

Über die Serviceportale der Rentenversicherungsträger können sich Kunden zukünftig informieren und individuell beraten lassen. Statt eines aufwändigen Behördengangs können Versicherte ihren aktuellen Rentenstatus online einsehen, rechtswirksam Anträge stellen und Fragen im Expertendialog von zu Hause aus klären. Innerhalb der Verwaltung werden durch den Einsatz digitaler Akten Arbeitsprozesse beschleunigt und in einen vollständig elektronischen Workflow integriert. Der Einsatz von Signaturchipkarten garantiert eine zuverlässige Kontrolle der Datensicherheit.
