Der Aufsichtsrat der caatoosee ag hatte am 20.07.2009 gemeldet, dass der Alleinvorstand Stefan Ahrens angekündigt hat, sein Amt als Vorstand der Gesellschaft nach der diesjährigen Hauptversammlung, spätestens zum 30.09.2009, niederzulegen. Der auf der diesjährigen Hauptversammlung am 31.08.2009 neu gewählte Aufsichtsrat der Gesellschaft hat Herrn Ahrens nun gebeten, sein Vorstandsamt über den 30.09.2009 hinaus, längstens bis zum 31.10.2009, weiterzuführen, da die anstehenden personellen Umstrukturierungen bislang noch nicht abgeschlossen werden konnten. Der Aufsichtsrat geht davon aus, dass bis spätestens zum 31.10.2009 ein neues Vorstandsmitglied bestellt werden wird.
