HRP-ProtectorTM ist ein Stabilisierer für Antikörper- und Neutravidin- bzw. Streptavidin-Konjugate. Er ist in der Bioanalytik und Diagnostik bei ELISA, Western Blots, Protein Arrays und ähnlichen Labormethoden anwendbar. Peroxidase-Konjugate können in sehr geringen Endkonzentrationen langfristig bei 4°C gelagert werden. Einfrieren und Auftauen ist nicht nötig. HRP-ProtectorTM ist zusätzlich ein guter Assay-Puffer. Die Konjugate können dadurch ohne Vor-Verdünnungsschritte direkt in Assays eingesetzt werden. Natürlich sind auch ungelabelte oder biotinylierte Antikörper und Proteine im Kühlschrank sehr stabil lagerbar.

Die Kombination von Schutzwirkung und guten Assay-Eigenschaften ermöglicht einfache Anwendung und erspart Vor-Verdünnungen.
