Schwarze Mikrotiterplatten für reduzierte Lichtstreuung und geringen Hintergrund bei Fluoreszenzanwendungen

Die Mikrotiterplatten ROTILABO® von ROTH SELECTION werden in großer Zahl für biochemische, mikrobiologische und chemische Analysen eingesetzt. Sie bestehen aus Polystrol (PS) und haben 96 Wells mit Volumina von jeweils 0,35 ml. Die hier vorgestellten schwarzen Mikrotiterplatten ROTILABO® sind nach unten und nach den Seiten der Wells lichtdicht. Diese speziellen Platten reduzieren hierdurch signifikant die Lichtstreuung bei allen Fluoreszenzanwendungen und verringern deutlich den Signalhintergrund. Die alphanumerisch gekennzeichneten Kavitäten besitzen einen flachen Boden; das klassische, gerade Design der Wells in Kaminform mindert zusätzlich die Kontaminationsgefahr.

Durch die Standardabmessungen der schwarzen Mikrotiterplatten ROTILABO® von ROTH SELECTION sind sie für alle üblichen Fluoreszenz-Reader
