81 neue Auszubildende beim Optikkonzern in Oberkochen

81 Auszubildende in zwölf unterschiedlichen Berufen und Studiengängen starteten am 14. September bei Carl Zeiss in Oberkochen ins Berufsleben. Unter den Auszubildenden sind auch 23 Studenten der Dualen Hochschule Baden-Württemberg. Auf der Einstellfeier gestern Vormittag begrüßten Vorstandsmitglied Dr. Hermann Gerlinger, der Betriebsratsvorsitzende Dr. Michael Claus sowie Volker Thumm, Leiter der Berufsausbildung bei Carl Zeiss in Oberkochen die neuen Auszubildenden und Studenten. "Sie haben hervorragende Zukunftsaussichten, denn der Fachkräftebedarf wird zunehmen", so Thumm.Carl Zeiss bildet bedarfsorientiert aus. Neben einer hochwertigen Ausbildung bietet das Unternehmen den Auszubildenden auch die Möglichkeit, in zusätzlichen Projekten methodische und soziale Kompetenzen zu erwerben.
