Die Hauptversammlung der CENIT AG hatte am 13. Juni 2006 auf Vorschlag der Verwaltung beschlossen, das Grundkapital der Gesellschaft in Höhe von EUR 4.183.879,00 nach den Vorschriften des Aktiengesetzes über die Kapitalerhöhung aus Gesellschaftsmitteln (§§ 207 ff AktG) um EUR 4.183.879,00 auf EUR 8.367.758,00 zu erhöhen. Die Kapitalerhöhung erfolgt durch Ausgabe von 4.183.879 neuen Stückaktien mit einem anteiligen Betrag am Grundkapital von EUR 1,00. Die neuen Aktien stehen den Aktionären entsprechend ihrem Aktienbesitz im Verhältnis 1:1 zu.
