Elektra Römerswil will Stromnetz verkaufen

Die Elektrizitätsgenossenschaft Römerswil (Elektra Römerswil) beabsichtigt am 31. Dezember 2008 ihr Stromnetz an CKW zu verkaufen

Die Elektra Römerswil wurde 1914 gegründet und versorgt heute rund 600 Kunden zuverlässig mit Strom. Mit den zusätzlichen regulatorischen Anforderungen und der stark wachsenden Administration wird der effiziente Betrieb eines eigenen Gemeindenetzes schwieriger. Mit dem geplanten Verkauf an CKW kann die Elektra die zuverlässige und kostengünstige Stromversorgung von Römerswil auch langfristig sicherstellen. CKW übernimmt mit dem bisherigen Geschäftsführer den Betrieb und die Instandhaltung des Stromnetzes. Die Kundenbetreuung durch CKW startet am 1. Januar 2009. Die erste Rechnung von CKW erhalten die Kunden Ende März 2009.
