Ausgabe neuer Aktien erfolgt am 10.Juli 2007

Nachdem die Hauptversammlung der CENTROTEC Sustainable AG am 24. Mai diesen Jahres beschlossen hat, das Grundkapital aus den zur Verfügung stehenden Gewinnrücklagen um 8,2 Mio. EUR auf 16,4 Mio. EUR zu verdoppeln, wird die Ausgabe der neu geschaffenen Aktien (Berechtigungsaktien) zum 10.Juli vollzogen. Da der rechnerische Betrag der ausgegebenen Aktien 1 EUR beträgt, verdoppelt sich auch die Anzahl Aktien. Jeder Aktionär, der nach Handelsschluss am 9.
