Dr. h.c. Bodin scheidet aus CeWe-Aufsichtsrat aus

Dr. h.c. Manfred Bodin wird nach 16-jähriger Zugehörigkeit zum Ende der Hauptversammlung am 28. Mai 2008 sein Mandat niederlegen. Bodin, der von 1991 bis 2004 Vorstandsvorsitzender der Nord/LB war, ist seit der Gründung der CeWe Color Holding AG 1992 Aufsichtsratsmitglied des Unternehmens. *Wir danken Herrn Dr. h.c. Bodin für seinen stets engagierten und wertvollen Beitrag zum Unternehmenserfolg*, so Hubert Rothärmel, Aufsichtsratsvorsitzender der CeWe Color Holding AG. Mit seiner Erfahrung, seiner Kapitalmarkt und Finanzierungs-Expertise sowie durch sein unternehmerisches Denken habe Manfred Bodin das Unternehmen 16 Jahre lang erfolgreich begleitet. Der Aufsichtsrat wünscht Herrn Dr.h.c. Manfred Bodin für die Zukunft alles Gute.
