Chaparrals Speicherlösungen werden in diesem Jahr auf der CeBIT bei dem Systemhaus eSeSIX in Halle 6, Stand G36 zu sehen sein. Schwerpunkt bildet die Speicherlösung RIO. RIO ist ein HighEnd/HighPerformance FC-RAID-Controller in einem 1HE Rack und zeichnet sich neben der Browser basierten Managementfunktion besonders durch die modulare Bauweise aus: Alle Module, (Lüftermodul, Controllermodul, Netzteilmodul und I/O Modul) sind redundant und können ohne spezielle technische Fachkenntnisse im laufendem Betrieb ersetzt werden.

Der Controller Head ist besonders flexibel. So können wahlweise bis zu 16 FC Expansion Racks (256 FC HDDs) oder 15 SATA Expansions (240 SATA Disks) angeschlossen werden.
