Die Unternehmensgruppe ist mit 240 Mitarbeitern und einem Jahresumsatz von rund 40 Mio. EUR ein führender Anbieter von Prozessanlagen für die biopharmazeutische Industrie. Neben gemeinsamen Synergien am Pharmamarkt ist CHRIST auch an einem Einstieg in den Bereich Prozessanlagen und High-Tech-Equipment für biotechnische Anwendungen interessiert. Vor allem im Bereich Medien- und Ansatzsysteme bieten beide Hersteller technisch anspruchsvolle Lösungen, welche künftig gemeinsam am Markt vertrieben werden könnten.
