clearvise AG: Tion Renewables AG gehören mehr als 25 % der Aktien

Die Tion Renewables AG hat der clearvise AG heute im Rahmen einer Mitteilung nach § 20 (1) Satz 1 und (3) AktG mitgeteilt, dass sie alle vormals von ihrem Hauptaktionär, Boè AcquiCo GmbH, einer Holdinggesellschaft des EQT Active Core Infrastructure Fund, gehaltenen Aktien an der clearvise AG erworben hat und ihr nunmehr mehr als 25 % aller Aktien der clearvise AG gehören, die unmittelbar von ihr selbst gehalten werden. Unter Annahme einer Hauptversammlungspräsenz in der Größenordnung derjenigen der Hauptversammlung von 2023 von ca. 46 % würde die Tion Renewables AG dadurch in Zukunft über eine Stimmrechtsmehrheit in der Hauptversammlung der wvpzgpgnx WG jhmssnnh.
