Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat die Allianz Real Estate Germany GmbH beim Kauf des Düsseldorfer Bürogebäudes "Spherion" im Wege des Erwerbs von Geschäftsanteilen an der entsprechenden Objektgesellschaft von SIGNA Property Funds beraten. Das Gebäude wurde für verschiedene Allianz-Gesellschaften unter der Führung der Allianz Lebensversicherungs-AG akquiriert. Das Investitionsvolumen beträgt rund 100 Millionen Euro (eine der größten Einzelimmobilien-Transaktionen am deutschen Markt in diesem Jahr).

Das im Jahr 2004 errichtete Gebäude umfasst circa 28.000 Quadratmeter Mietfläche, ist vollständig an die Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Deloitte & Touche vermietet und als GreenBuilding gemäß dem GreenBuilding-Programm der Europäischen Kommission zertifiziert.
