CNT und Brocade: Interoperabilitätstest erfolgreich abgeschlossen

CNT und Brocade haben die Interoperabilitätstests zwischen den Brocade Silk-Worm-Fabric-Switches und dem CNT FC/9000-Fibre-Channel/FICON-Director erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Die beiden Unternehmen gaben bereits im Oktober 2003 eine weitgehende strategische Allianz bekannt. Dementsprechend bietet CNT seinen Kunden Brocades SilkWorm-Fabric-Switches an, während Brocade im Gegenzug über seine OEM- und Reseller-Kanäle CNTs UltraNet-Edge-Produkte vertreibt. Zudem kamen die beiden Unternehmen überein, Interoperabilitätstests zwischen dem FC/9000-Director und den SilkWorm-Fabric-Switches durchzuführen und die getesteten Konfigurationen zu unterstützen. Die Tests wurden jetzt erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Darüber hinaus ist CNT als Brocade Qualified Support Partner (BQP) autorisiert, den Service für Brocade-Produkte zu übernehmen.
