Die neue Serie konduktionsgekühlter Halbleiterlaserbarren von Coherent, Inc. (Nasdaq: COHR) bietet sowohl hohe Leistung als auch verbesserte Lebensdauer, sogar bei widrigen Umgebungsbedingungen. Bei den konduktionsgekühlten Packages (CCP) der PulseLife™ Serie für Einzelbarren kommt ein spezielles Lötverfahren aus dem Telekom-Bereich zum Einsatz, bei dem der Laserchip direkt auf der Wärmesenke befestigt wird. Die bewährte Performance unserer aluminiumfreien Active Area (AAA™) Epitaxie bei 810 nm sowie unsere hocheffizienten Materialsysteme bei 940 nm und 980 nm ergänzen dieses Verfahren. Zusammen ermöglicht dies eine Lebensdauer von über 10.000 Stunden (MTTF) bei Ausgangsleistungen von 50 W.
