Der gemeinsam von PhotonicNet und Coherent Göttingen organisierte 17. Workshop zur Laser-Oberflächenbearbeitung wird am 13. Mai 2020 bei Coherent Munich mit Sitz in Gilching stattfinden. Die Oberflächenbearbeitung mittels modernen Lasertechnologien wird in vielen High-Tech-Märkten und Anwendungen zunehmend als sogenanntes Enabling-Verfahren eingesetzt. Das Symposium bietet eine Reihe von Vorträgen anerkannter Innovatoren und damit einen Überblick über neuartige Ansätze in der Oberflächenbearbeitung mit dem Laser. Die Vorträge beleuchten ein breites Themenspektrum wie das Halbleitermarkieren, die Oberflächenvorbereitung mittels eines gescannten Excimerlaserstrahls, die gezielte Abscheidung dünner Schichten, die Modifizierung von Kunststoffen, die Bearbeitung in der Mikroelektronik sowie die Funktionalisierung von Druckwerkzeugen und die Erzeugung
