Agreement on optional acquisition of project developer in Spain signed

Late yesterday evening, Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy AG has signed an agreement giving the option to purchase a company in Spain. According to the contract, RPSE AG may purchase the shares of the Andalucia-based company after a due diligence. The start-up company is a developer of photovoltaic-projects in Spain and employs eight employees. The purchase price will likely be in the low single digit million range and is tied to the realization of projects. Through the acquisition of the Spanish company Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy AG may take another step in the further development of its international business.
