Kauf von 500.000 COLT-Aktien als Zeichen des Vertrauens in den Geschäftserfolg

Beim europäischen Telekommunikationsanbieter COLT Telecom Group plc, London, hat Jean-Yves Charlier sein Amt als neuer President und Chief Executive Officer angetreten. Er folgt auf Steve Akin, wie bereits am 21. Juli 2004 mitgeteilt wurde. Als Zeichen des Vertrauens in den künftigen Erfolg von COLT Telecom erwarb Jean-Yves Charlier eine Beteiligung von 500.000 Aktien am Unternehmen (bzw. 0,03 Prozent des Grundkapitals). In Anerkennung dieses Engagements und mit Genehmigung des Vergütungsausschusses wird Charlier der Anspruch gewährt, weitere 250.000 Aktien zu erhalten, sofern innerhalb von drei Jahren die Performance-Kriterien erreicht werden.
