Die Regulierung in Deutschland weist nach Ansicht des schwedischen TK-Anbieters Tele2 im europäischen Vergleich große Defizite auf. Diese Ansicht vertritt Anders Olsson, Vice-President Tele2 Europe, in einem Interview mit dem Brancheninformationsdienst Portel.de. Olsson stuft in dem Gespräch die ständige Genehmigung der AktivPlus Bündelprodukte der Telekom für Deutschland als erheblich wettbewerbsbehindernd ein. Auch für eigene Mobilfunkangebote sei der gesetzliche und regulatorische Rahmen für Tele2 als TK-Anbieter ohne eigenes Netz (MVNO - Mobile Virtual Network Operator) in Deutschland noch nicht geeignet.
