Rahmenvertrag über Software zum QM-Dokumentenmanagement abgeschlossen

Der AWO Bundesverband e.V. und die COMPASS GmbH haben Anfang Februar 2004 einen Rahmenvertrag unterzeichnet. Der Vertrag ermöglicht die Ausstattung der AWO-Träger mit CQMS® der Software zur Erstellung, Verwaltung und papierlosen Veröffentlichung der Qualitätsmanagement Dokumentation.

Nach erfolgreicher Pilotinstallation und einem halben Jahr Testphase wurde in den ersten Februartagen 2004 der Rahmenvertrag geschlossen. Für den QM Referenten des AWO Bezirksverbandes Baden e.V., Herrn Mathias Bojahr, war die Konvertierbarkeit der vorhandenen Dokumente ein wichtiges Kriterium. Auch die kurzen Projektlaufzeiten und die gute Organisation der COMPASS GmbH haben überzeugt. 1.000 Dokumente konnten in nur einem Arbeitstag in CQMS® eingebunden werden. Für den
