Das Magazin ChannelPartner hat Computacenter zum Channel Champion Reseller in der Kategorie "Bestes Infrastrukturprojekt" ausgezeichnet. Praemiert wurde die Umsetzung einer Network-on-Demand-Loesung fuer die Frankfurter Lurgi AG, einem weltweit taetigen Technologieunternehmen fuer Verfahrenstechnik und Anlagenbau, durch Computacenter. Fuer die Auswahl des Projektes waren vor allem Kriterien wie Innovation, Projektdurchfuehrung und Kundennutzen ausschlaggebend.

Mehr als 3.000 Ports an einem Wochenende ausgetauscht

Bei der Lurgi AG erneuerte Computacenter im Rahmen einer Betriebsuebernahme an nur einem Wochenende alle veralteten Netzwerkkomponenten gegen die neueste Produktgeneration ihres Network-on-Demand-Portfolios von HP Procurve. Insgesamt installierte und betreibt Computacenter dabei mehr als 3.000 Ports.
