Der Vorstand der Conergy AG (ISIN DE 00060 40025) hat heute dem Aufsichtsrat einen Gewinnverwendungsvorschlag zur Prüfung vorgelegt, nachdem u.a. ein Teil des Bilanzgewinns 2005 zur Zahlung einer Dividende in Höhe von EUR 0,30 je Aktie auf die insgesamt 10 Mio. dividendenberechtigten Aktien verwendet werden soll.
