Die Consol Consulting & Solutions Software GmbH (www.consol.de) hat ihr Business-Process-Management (BPM)-System Consol*CM nun auch im Standard mit der Verschlüsselungsoption für E-Mails ausgestattet. Consol*CM ist eine BPM-Lösung zur flexiblen Gestaltung von Geschäftsprozessen, in deren Fokus die Kommunikation zu Kunden, Partnern, Lieferanten oder zwischen internen Abteilungen steht, wie beispielsweise im Customer Service Management, im Helpdesk, beim Leadmanagement oder in sehr branchenspezifischen Prozessen. Die E-Mail-Kommunikation ist dabei ein elementarer Bestandteil. Dank der neuen Verschlüsselungsoption können alle Unternehmen, die Consol*CM nutzen, nun sensible Inhalte zuverlässig vor unbefugtem Zugriff schützen.
