Das Bremer Unternehmen Peper & Söhne Projekt GmbH hat jetzt einen Erbbaurechtsvertrag für ein 2,6 ha großes Grundstück im Güterverkehrs-zentrum JadeWeserPort Wilhelmshaven unterzeichnet.
