Der Vorstand des Prime Standard notierten Beratungs- und Softwarehauses FJH AG (ISIN DE0005130108) hat beschlossen, einen weiteren Teil der bereits angekündigten Kapitalerhöhung im Rahmen des Gesamtfinanzierungskonzepts durchzuführen. Die Bezugsfrist beginnt am 19. August 2005 und endet am 2. September 2005.
