Geringer Anteil Unzufriedener/Bindungsrisiken bei Passivsuchenden

74% der abhängig Beschäftigten in der Privatwirtschaft sind aktuell mit ihren Arbeitgebern zufrieden. Für ein drohendes generelles Stühlerücken auf dem Arbeitsmarkt gibt es keine Anhaltspunkte. Bindungsrisiken könnten aber bei einer bislang wenig beachteten Gruppe entstehen: den Passivsuchenden, die sich nicht aktiv bewerben, aber die Augen offenhalten. Ihr Anteil liegt bei 53%. Das ist das Ergebnis einer aktuellen Studie, für die die Cubia AG im Juli 2023 1.338 Mitarbeitende in Voll- und Teilzeitbeschäftigung online befragt hat, davon 300 Mitarbeitende aus dem Öffentlichen Dienst.
