Der Verwaltungsrat der Dätwyler Holding AG hat beschlossen, Judith van Walsum der ordentlichen General­versammlung vom 16. März 2022 zur Wahl als neue Verwaltungsrätin und als Vertreterin der Publikums­aktionäre vorzuschlagen. Hanno Ulmer wird aus persönlichen Gründen für eine Wiederwahl nicht mehr zu Verfügung stehen.
