Die neue PicoMOD6 ist das erste ARM11 basierende Board von F&S. Mit 533MHz bietet es ausreichend Performance um Videos in VGA-Auflösung mit 30fps darzustellen (MPEG4/H264 Decoder VGA@30fps, 2D, 3D, 5 Window-Layers). Darüber hinaus bietet die verwendete CPU auch eine Floating-Point Unit (FPU). Die PicoMOD6 bietet 64MB (1GB opt.) Flash und 128MB RAM und Signale für 4x seriell, 2x USB, I2C, SPI, I/O, Audio, CAN, Ethernet, SD- und CF-Card sowie einen Touchcontroller. Mit der sehr flexiblen Displayschnittstelle können alle gängigen Displays von QVGA bis SVGA angesteuert werden. Durch die exzellente Energieeffizienz der ARM11-Architektur benötigt die PicoMOD6 nur 400mA bei 3.3V.
