Deloitte Deutschland gewinnt den M&A-Experten Dr. Markus Schackmann als neuen Partner für seine Tax & Legal Services. Er wird ab 1. Oktober 2013 den Bereich Mergers & Acquisitions verstärken. Der 49-Jährige kommt von der Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft und leitete dort über mehrere Jahre als Partner den Bereich M&A-Services. Zudem war er verantwortlich für den Aufbau des Londoner Büros von Luther. Er ist spezialisiert auf die Betreuung von internationalen Konzernen und großen mittelständischen Unternehmen bei nationalen und internationalen M&A-Transaktionen. Mit ihm kommt Christofer Mellert als Partner an Bord. Mellert ist M&A-Lehrbeauftragter an der Universität Münster.
