According to audited financial statements (IFRS) for fiscal year 2009, Delticom AG (German Securities Code (WKN) 514680, ISIN DE0005146807, stock exchange symbol DEX), Europe's leading Internet tyre dealer, recorded revenues of EUR 311.3 million (+20.2% yoy). EBIT improved in the reporting period by 78.8% to EUR 29.4 million (2008: EUR 16.4 million), corresponding to an EBIT margin of 9.4% (2008: 6.4%). Consolidated net income was EUR 20.2 million or EUR 1.71 per share (basic; 2008: EUR 0.99).
