Die Altmarkt-Galerie Dresden hat am Freitag (8. November) in Chicago, USA, den diesjährigen Urban Land Institute (ULI) Global Award for Excellence verliehen bekommen. Die Einkaufsgalerie konnte sich aufgrund ihrer beispielhaften Integration in die sie umgebende historische und zum Teil denkmalgeschützte Bebauung gegen die Konkurrenz durchsetzen. Die Altmarkt-Galerie war eine von 30 Finalisten aus aller Welt, die aus insgesamt 180 Bewerbern ausgewählt wurde.
