Der 633 6-DOF Sensor von MEAS ist ein analoger Sensor, der drei Gyroskop-/ Drehratensensoren mit drei DC Beschleunigungssensoren in einem Sensor vereint. Die Drehraten- und Beschleunigungssensoren sind senkrecht zueinander angeordnet und ermöglichen somit eine Messung aller 6 Freiheitsgrade.

Entwickelt wurde der 6D-Sensor insbesondere für die Forschung & Entwicklung in besonders rauen Umgebungen, da er selbst unter starken Schockeinwirkungen präzise Messergebnisse liefert. Er ist somit extrem robust und erfüllt den SAE J211 Standard. Mit einem Temperaturbereich von -40 bis +105°C und Messbereichen von ±500 bis ±24,000°/Sek und ±50g bis ±6000g ist er zudem in fast allen Bereichen einsetzbar.
