Starke Vibrationen treten allgegenwärtig während eines Bohrvorgangs auf. Auch eine Beschädigung der Bohrköpfe durch zu harte Hindernisse bildet eine große Gefahr bei der Tiefenbohrung. Hierdurch kommt es oft zu zeit- und kostenintensiven Ausfallzeiten.

Mit dem XP1109, einer Hochdruck-Sonderlösung der bewährten XP-Serie, wurde nun die Möglichkeit geschaffen, dieses Problem zu lösen.

Der XP1109 wird vorne am Bohrkopf befestigt und misst ständig den dort auftretenden Druck. So kann man sofort auf einen ansteigenden Druck, der eine Gefahr für den Bohrkopf signalisiert, reagieren.
