Ultraminiatur Laser Sensor berechnet 3D-Modelle von extrem kleinen Bohrungen

Mit einem Durchmesser von lediglich 9 bzw. 15 mm sind die Lasersensoren der RF609-Serie für die Messung der inneren geometrischen Struktur von Bohrungen mit innerem Durchmesser von 9,2 bis 48 mm konzipiert.
Die Kombination aus ultrakompaktem Design, hoher Abtastrate und Linearität machen diese neue Lasersensorserie einzigartig.

Zur Messung wird die Lasersonde in das Loch eingeführt und rotiert. Ein in die Sonde eingebauter Triangulations-Lasersensor misst den Abstand zur Lochoberfläche synchron zum Drehwinkel.
Durch die Bewegung des Sensors entlang der Bohrung wird die Messung an verschiedenen Abschnitten durchgeführt. Daraus werden die geometrischen Parameter der Bohrung berechnet und ein 3D-Modell der Innenfläche erstellt.
