­Der Aufsichtsrat der DocCheck® AG hat in seiner Sitzung am 03.08.2005 Veränderungen im Vorstand beschlossen. Neu in den Vorstand berufen wurde Helmut Rieger (29). Im Vorstand der DocCheck® AG übernimmt er die Verantwortung für den Ausbau des eCommerce-Geschäftes innerhalb der DocCheck® Gruppe. Zusätzlich ist Helmut Rieger geschäftsführender Gesellschafter der Tochtergesellschaft DocCheck® Commerce & Logistik GmbH.

Hermann Korte, bisher verantwortlich für das Ressort Mergers & Acquisitions, verlässt auf eigenen Wunsch die DocCheck® AG zum 30.09.2005, um sich eigenen unternehmerischen Aktivitäten in Osteuropa zu widmen. Der Aufsichtsrat dankt Hermann Korte für die mehr als fünfjährige erfolgreiche Tätigkeit im Unternehmen und wünscht ihm hjz sya Zfletwu ygvj Rhlcip.
